The largest conference room is Stellenbosch and seats 400 schoolroom-style and is able to be subdivided. Its large barn-styled door and high ceiling makes it ideal for product launches of motor vehicles or trucks.
The Paarl conference venue consists of two conference rooms, namely Paarl 1, which seats 100 school style, and Paarl 2 which seats 70 school style.
The Franschhoek Court has five breakaway rooms that can accommodate from the smallest seating six to the biggest room, seating 20 boardroom-style.
Tulbagh Square has seven breakaway rooms that can seat from 10 to 50.
The 'Day' conferencing rates include two tea/coffee breaks, light lunch, standard conferencing equipment and conference room.
